Itinerary
- Early morning departure from the Noosa around 6am. Meet guests joining us in Rainbow Beach around 7.30am.
- Ferry crossing over The Great Sandy Strait to K'gari.
- Travel along 4WD sand tracks to Lake McKenzie.
- Swim and enjoy lunch at Lake McKenzie.
- Explore Central Station and Wanggoolba Creek Boardwalks.
- Return journey through Double Island Point, Coloured Sands and Cooloola Recreation Area.
- Expect to be back in Noosa at approximately 5pm and Rainbow Beach 3.30pm

Amazing experience!
We had the absolute best day with Jason! He was super super attentive, friendly and informed and made sure everybody had the best time possible. We learned and saw so much. Great snacks, drinks and meals too! Could not complain about a single thing, we loved it and would 100% recommend.

Kgari's Best experience
Wow, that's one of the best experiences we have had. From leaving right outside our accommodation at 5.30 sharp to the very end of the day when we were dropped back. The company and Jason particularly was the best. He is so genuinely friendly and welcoming 🙏, he explained everything from safety on the bus to dingo safety. He's very culturally aware of the first nations and explained so much. Not only eco aware, he's a real scientist with passion for the environment. The company looked after us with home made morning tea and afternoon tea, the best rolls and beer and wine 🍷 for lunch up at the lake (Mckenzie ). Even comfort stops are looked after with care. The adventure and 4wd knowledge and skills were so good to experience also around the island, negotiating the tides. Swimming was fantastic and relaxing over an extended period. After the island experience, the beach drive back to Noosa was just gold ! No other companies do so. Thanks Jason, and Adventure tours, it was a blast.
