Bad Weather Refunds

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please Note: This tour is subject to a minimum of 4 guests in order to guarantee its departure. In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or minimum numbers, you will be contacted by 6pm the day before. For this tour you will be booked into either Crystal Canyon or Behana Canyon experience based on numbers, weather, availability, and we are not able to guarantee locations until the minimum numbers have been met. Cancellation: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours' notice of cancellation. If less than 72 hours prior to departure, no refund will be issued unless you have a covid isolation or test results notice. No-shows will be charged the full price. *These are in addition to Bookme's T&C's.
