Unlike traditional tours, this experience takes you beyond the handrails and concrete paths, allowing you to experience the raw, untouched beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park.

Restrictions

  • Age and Height Restrictions: A height limit of 145 cm tall, due to child safety regulations, requirements, and guidelines. If your child/ren younger in a freestanding, a booster seat must be provided.

    Mobility/health Restrictions: Due to safety reasons, operator will be unable to accommodate individuals with mobility issues or pregnant women.

    Reschedules:

    More than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time can be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability.

    Less than 48 hours before the tour departure time will incur a 20% fee.

    24 hours of the tour is not permitted.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Customer Cancellation:

    More than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time -full refund

    Less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time - 50% refund

    24 hours prior to the tour date and 'No-shows" - No refund

    Operator Cancellation:

    If the operator must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or vehicle issues), customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
