Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • All guests travelling must fill out a Participation Waiver prior to travel.

    Cancellations:

    A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required.

    Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Spectacular Scene

Very comfortable boat, we were blessed to get right up close to a number of whales and saw 3 breaches and many whale sightings. Felt very comfortable under the command of the experienced skipper and staff on the boat. Great short tour to get in before lunch and to enjoy the many sights across the Sunshine Coast.

Amazing trip!

Booked this trip on a whim and ended up being a really great couple of hours on the water. Crew were really knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. 2 hours was a perfect amount of time on the water. Crew found the whales pretty quickly and spent a good amount of time watching them from afar. Highly recommend!

Amazing Whale Watching Experience

I took the 8am whale watching trip and had an awesome experience. We were lucky enough to see a mother whale and her baby up close, which was amazing to witness. The staff were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the whole trip enjoyable and educational. I highly recommend this tour.

Not very active

Didn't see much, only a couple puffs from a far and one whale that was slightly close. No jumping or fin flapping. Just not an active day from the whales.

Whale-less

No whales but not for lack of trying by the friendly crew. In hindsight, we wished we had gone with the competing company who offer a guarantee so you can come back and try again. Keep this in mind as this company does not offer that as an option.
