PADI stands for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, the largest scuba certifying agency in the world.

Rest assured at the quality of this course, The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular and widely recognised scuba course. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive and gone on to discover the wonders of the aquatic world through this course. This Certification shows that you have been properly trained in the use of scuba equipment and the techniques of safe scuba diving.

Everything you need to pass the course is included, all equipment, professional and experienced instructors, boat dives, transfers between dive sites, access to the private pool and all theory and eLearning.

During this course you must complete academic training, 5 confined water dives, and 4 open water dives.

Duration

  • The duration of this experience is 3 days

Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 10
  • children between the ages of 10 and 12 must attend the course with a parent and are required to dive with a parent or PADI professional at all times.

Notes

  • All students will be required to perform a basic swim test during this course. Dive medicals are only compulsory if you are answering yes to any of the medical conditions stated in the Medical Statement RSTC Medical.
  • Please note there is a minimum of 4 persons required for this trip to depart.
