Many thanks to John, our guide and driver who regaled us with stories and histories, giving context to each of our stops en route. Well worth it and saved me all the driving. Finally, thanks for organising all that lovely weather, cheers!!

Great Ocean Experience

Excellent from start to finish. Tara was an awesome tour guide who gave us some amazing insight into Melbourne and the great ocean road. Seeing Kaolas up close on personal was a cool experience. Lunch was a nice cooked lunch in a local town. Great guide, great sights.

Excelente. Muy recomendable

The places visited and the guide Peter were the best of the tour..... The views are amazing.. The food can be better, but it is okay..The small group (23) let that the stops took the time scheduled. The transportation was clean. Congratulations to Autopia Tours and booking for recommending

Hi Benajmin, and thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you felt that the time was not enough to take in the beautiful scenery. We also have 2 and 3 day Great Ocean Road tours for the travellers with more time to take in the atmosphere and also visit the beautiful Grampians National Park. :)

Tourist trap

Our guide was awesome, really lovely guy and very informative but the actual Great Ocean Road is just a bit meh. Love the story behind why and how it was built but it's not that spectacular and the 12 Apostles was s total anti-climax. Everywhere was just full of tourists. It is fine if you are in a rush but I wish I had hired a car so I could explore little towns and areas around it.

From Great Ocean Road Experience Day Tour - Departs Melbourne

Hi Claire, We are happy to hear you thought our guide was awesome (we think so too) and that he shared stories of the Great Ocean Road's history. The road it self is very famous and lots of people want to see it while visiting in Melbourne, so you surely won't feel alone there! However, we do offer the Reverse Great Ocean road tour, which attends the attractions in a different order than most tour companies, so you will miss the crowds.
