Gindu Distillery has won numerous awards, including Best Dry Gin at the Australian Gin Awards in 2021. At the 2022 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco, two of their gins won Double Gold, considered the Oscars of their industry!

Gindu Distillery creates gins that showcase botanicals unique to Australia. Apart from juniper and coriander, only native Australian botanicals are used, highlighting the distinctive taste and spirit of the country.

Enjoy your Gindu tasting paddle paired with our Bush Tapas. Inspired by Spanish tapas and Venetian cicchetti enjoy a mixed serve of 10 bread bites hero-ING Macedon Ranges local produce. Think Goats cheese, scrumptious jams / honey made with bush foods and cold meats (veg option available) all uniquely paired for you to enjoy something a little different. Notes

  • Transport Instructions:

    Self-drive - Head North-West out of the City along the Calder Freeway, and take the Woodend Exit. Our cosy bar is on the service road, on the main street, in the middle of town.

    By train - From Southern Cross Station take the Bendigo line and jump off at Woodend Train Station, then walk across the road. The Gindu Bar is a 1-minute walk from the station! The train takes the same time as the drive will. Trains depart every hour. All-day adult fares are $10.60 during the week and $7.20 on the weekend.
