Rap Jumping, also known as forward abseiling, combines the thrill of bungy and control of abseiling and will have you absolutely reeling with adrenaline and exhilaration!
You’ll run face-first down the edge of a seven story building right in the heart of Melbourne - and you’ll do this not just once, but three times!
Our highly skilled and experience instructors have 26 years experience and adhere to the strictest of safety standards, so you can be sure that you're in the safest hands possible.
Before your first run, your instructor will give you a short but comprehensive safety briefing and gear you up with the necessary safety equipment.
Your descent will be controlled by 2 safety personnel during your forward abseil run, so all you need to worry about it plucking up the courage to over over the edge!

My 19 and 22 yr old loved it and would have liked to do more. Great instructors.

Gr8 and valuable
This is a great experience for anyone who wants a bit of adrenaline and at the same time wants to try something new. I still believe that the original price of $89 is a bit too expensive that's why I used the book me service but other than that the trainers are extremely hilarious and comforting, the location is very fit for it's purpose and would definitely recommend it to anyone for a good time

Physically easy, mentally hard. A real exercise in getting over your natural instinct to stay out of danger. Great fun to boot.

Rap Jump - So easy
This is a must do experience to have the journey starting from fears to enjoyment. The instructors made it so easy that there is nothing else than relishing the shear fun.

The best day of my life
Derek and Lee were outmost encouraging and I didn’t feel that much scared. I conquered my fear of heights and it is an unforgettable experience I have had, which ticked my bucket list. Thank you guys and I will do it again in a heartbeat.
