Have fun right in Rainbow Beach with a private surfing lesson. Book yourself some time with our surf coach and step onto a surfboard today! You will find us on the main beach at Rainbow Beach. Just look for our white surf trailer with 'Rainbow Beach Learn to Surf' and green 4WD vehicle. Come on down and meet our true blue Aussie surf coach, JD (the Aussie Care Bear), he will look after you and get you surfing in no-time. Start your surfing experience with land-based surfing skills and safety instructions, then strap on your leg rope, pick up your board and hit the waves with us. JD will take you through the basics of surfing, supporting you the whole time with hints, tips and help to get your surfing holiday on track!

No matter if this is your first surf or your last in Australia, you need to surf with JD and Rainbow Beach Learn to Surf. Get wet with the best!

What's included

  • 1 hour in the water surfing lesson, plus 15 minutes land-based surfing skills
  • Beginner surfboards, leash & sun safe rash shirt
  • Your own surf coach to give you personalised coaching

Duration

  • Allow approximately 90 minutes for the whole experience

Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 7
  • Must be able to swim, some injuries are not suitable for surfing please advise your coach

  • This experience welcomes families with children.

Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the weather or anything else out of your control) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • Must be able to swim, minimum age of 7 years, max of 70years. All lessons are weather and conditions dependant and may be cancelled due to safety concerns. Please confirm your booking prior to departure.
  • Weather permitting, you will be offered the chance to reschedule or change times if weather is unsuitable for your activity.
