The Pacific Whale Foundation have over 30 years of whale research experience and you’ll have the opportunity to learn from and interact with our onboard expert whale researcher.
Our 3 hour trip departs from Great Sandy Straits Marina in Hervey Bay onboard our modern state of the art vessel. It provides for a small boutique style excursion with panoramic water views and outstanding photo opportunities.

Super Tour. Wir haben viele Wale, auch Mütter mit ihren Kälbern, in Aktion gesehen. Rund um gelungen und durch die Guides gab es sehr interessante Infos. Auch darüber, wie Jeder die Meere und deren Bewohner schützen kann. Benutzt kein Plastik mehr. Besonders Tüten und Strohhalme sind schlimm. Es gibt Alternativen dazu.

Vielen Dank für diesen traumhaften Ausflug! Wir haben sooooo viele Wale gesehen. Sie sind direkt neben uns geschwommen und auch unter unserem Boot durch getaucht. Wir hatten 2 super nette Biologinnen an Bord, die uns wirklich jede Frage beantworten konnten. Nur zu empfehlen und unbedingt bei der Pacific Whale Foundation buchen!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Kleines Boot, wenig Teilnehmer, tolle Crew, sehr persönlich, zwei Mutterwale mit ihrem Nachwuchs in Aktion gesehen.

Bester Ausflug in ganz Australien
+ das ganze Geld wird für die Erforschung und dem Schutz der Wale verwendet + kompetente Mitarbeiter die selber super interessiert/ selber so begeistert von Walen sind, dass sie die Personen auf dem Boot mit guter Laune anstecken + Wale müssen von sich aus zu dem Boot kommen, wenn sie wollen (Wille des Tieres wird akzeptiert und umgesetzt) + es geht volle 3 Stunden + man sieht Fraser Island Keine negativen Eindrücke. Wir würden den Ausflug immer wieder machen!

Tolle Tour zu den beeindruckenden Walen!
Wir waren eine kleine Truppe. Dennoch waren die Tourguides bemüht und freuten sich so mehr Zeit für uns alle zu haben. Insbesondere waren wir beeindruckt von der ehrlichen Liebe zu den Tieren. Wir warteten bei den Walen, bis diese zu uns kommen und sie kamen zahlreich. Vielen Danke für diesen beeindruckenden Nachmittag.
