Take a journey into history along the sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Agnes Water!
Take a journey through time and experience the same beauty Lieutenant James Cook did as he stepped ashore here over two centuries ago
With a national park to the left, and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park to the right, we will travel along Bustard Bay making 3 tidal crossings before taking a rest on the northern tip of Middle Island for morning tea
Climb the steps of the lighthouse and hear tales of the triumph and turmoil as the early settlers tried to tame the remote wilderness
Returning to the LARC we make our way back down the headland and across to Jenny Lind Creek to a picturesque picnic area for a picnic lunch, cold drinks and billy tea or coffee brewed over an open fire
Then we are off to a towering 35 meter sand dune for some sandboarding! Our guide will give you a quick lesson and then set you free! You are more than welcome to go for a swim, chill out or even go for a fish if you wish
