Knowledgeable and courteous driver. He did winge a bit about some other passengers. We were delayed about 15 minutes at sky rail whilst a problem was sorted which he said was his fault. Happy with the driving and the railway service.

I have today reviewed my reservations procedures to avoid the booking error I made delaying us at the Skyrail drop off.
