This caused unnecessary stress at the start of the tour. What made things worse was the lack of communication. I tried contacting the tour operator beforehand via email and phone, but was unable to reach anyone, so there was no way to clarify the situation in advance. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. While the tour itself may have been okay, the booking and communication issues, along with the missing inclusions, significantly affected our experience. I hope the company improves their coordination with booking platforms and ensures accurate delivery of what is advertised.
