Take a day trip to Rottnest Island, a short 35 minute ferry ride from Fremantle. The Island is 11km in length and 4.5km at its widest point making it perfect for exploring by bicycle or foot.
Rottnest Island offer a variety of things to do such as snorkelling, skydiving, walking, bike tours and more. There are also plenty of beautiful beaches to choose from. Looking for something to eat, there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful island
Smooth trip to the island and back. Beautiful island it was an amazing day. We rented a bike but e-bike would have been better. The road is very hilly, not an easy ride if you are not riding a bike regularly.

Great experience
Easy booking, good discounts, we even managed to book our own bikes on as well. Arrived, smooth check ins, had a fantastic day on the island. Cycling, swimming, snorkelling and even selfies with the Quokkas. Trip 9ver and back was terrific 👌

Day trip to Rotness Island
We absolutely loved the day trip!! Renting a bike is a must (if you are physically able) to get around.

Day trip to Rottnest Island .
A booking error meant a stressful start to the day — we had a confirmation, but the ferry didn’t have our booking on record. It was eventually sorted, but made check-in quite unpleasant. That said, the rest of the experience completely made up for it. The ferry itself was efficient, and the day on Rottnest was absolutely fantastic — biking around the island and swimming in those beautiful spots was a 5/5 experience. Overall, a great day once we got past the rocky start.
