As a couple we felt he rushes stops. He is very fanatical about his stop timings he seems very rushed. He continually says throughout the trip he is not rushing us. "I am not rushing you you have 10 mins here be back on time or I'll drive off". It seems like stops are cut very short. His recommendation for toilets is truly terrible. The Apollo bay toilets are the worst I have seen in the world they where absolutely disgusting. As overseas travellers my wife was shocked by the state of them. Warren recommended them and pointed them out with a really big smile on his face. Was this another one of his practical jokes? Warren constantly scares random strangers walking by with his pretend snake which looks life like. He thinks he is funny but I noticed one lady who nearly had a heart attack because of his practically joking. He repeatedly scares many randoms strangers in tourist public places. It's gets very tired he seems to Revell in upsetting random people saying "look snake" and making them squirm. I hope he has public liability insurance with randoms almost tripping over the fake snake. He was trying to avoid us we just walked off the bus. It was hard to get an acknowledgement or a goodbye when thanking him for his effort for the day. He seems like he ignores you if you aren't a local. Unfortunately I can't recommend this Tour with Wine Hop and Coastal Tours Great Ocean road. On a positive note we saw kangaroos our favourite experience of the day.
