Jillian Neyland said... It was prefect cold, grey and rainy weather for our family to experience what sailing on a tall ship would be like. We wanted our children to get a small insight into the tough conditions that sailors of the past endured as they explored the globe. Except we got lovely hot canapes! Our daughters were able to climb the mast too. Probably the only improvement would be to make sure the climbing experience is not rushed at the end for the final participants, due to the crew not managing the first few climbers needs closely enough and they got stuck up the mast for a long time. Overall a lovely afternoon experience.
