An enjoyable day

Lovely scenic drive through the Barossa, Seppeltsfield Winery just beautiful and worth going back to for more time to explore the grounds and the two small gift shops onsite. Wolfblass Winery also enjoyable, some wine tasting there and a beautiful lunch which included a couple of Penfolds to try. Loved the visit to Hahndorf, and although I easily could have spent longer here I did still find adequate time to have a look around. Scenic route back through the Hills. Great commentary given by the tour guide. If you are here for a short time and want to see a lot in a day I recommend this.if I had to choose again I definitely would do this or any similar full day Barossa tour.

A Fabulous day out

Great driver with good commentary. Interesting scenery - old buildings etc. wine tasting and food at the morning tea and lunch stops was delicious - we had lamb shanks. The grape vines were clothed in autumn colours as was the pretty village of Hahndorf with its array of interesting shops. We booked through bookme.com and saved $30 each. 😀

Food was good

For the price and distanced covered, I think the tour was fine. I wish the wine was more of a focus though. Jacob Creek is a large massed produced winery, but had a great selection. We then went to a small winery that gave really tiny pours and pushed some basic wine - then that was it for the wine.

Fabulous day out!

Our driver/guide Tom was fantastic! Great commentary about all the places we visited and passed through. Lovely food at all the locations we stopped and good samples of different wines (some I liked more than others). I would definitely recommend this tour to others.
