Barossa Food & Wine experience at its best including the famous Maggie Beer’s!
Take time to sample some of the Barossa’s finest wines and gourmet food that makes this wine region so special. On this tour you will visit three cellar doors including the multi-tourism award winning Pindarie, and enjoy a delicious 2-course lunch at Lambert Estate.
Itinerary:
First stop is Pindarie, a multi-tourism award-winning cellar door. You'll hear all about the history and stories behind this beautiful vineyard as you sample their famous blends in the heritage stables and enjoy some morning tea.
The next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop. Here you can browse amongst personally selected regional specialty goods, purchase a signed book or simply sit back and take in the view.
We then head to Lambert Estate at Angaston for wine tasting and sampling seasonal produce from gourmet platters. Main course follows, and is a feast for the senses, with two signature dishes, salad and vegetables. You may wish to purchase a glass of wine from the impressive wine selection, or enjoy a coffee accompanied with their popular Chocolatier (Chocolate Port).
Travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto your final stop for the day at the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company. Here you will taste their decadent house-made chocolate paired with Vineyard Road's stunning wine - the perfect way to end a fantastic day out!

Excellent tour and driver caring for need of whole tour group !!
Nice tour to boutique wineries. I picked this tour because of the good food option for lunch. We had a great day. Food was nice and the people serving us wine offered a good overview of the wines. It’s a small tour group and we had a good amount of time at each place. And it’s comfortable you get to sit down in most wineries and they serve you wine and food. Only downfall is that you don’t get to visit any big wineries like Jacobs Creek or Wolf Blass.
Relaxing experience and Athol is a nice guide
A great day from start to finish .. Athol our driver was very knowledgeable and funny! We visited two boutique wineries with excellent facilities and stories about their wine and the tastings and our lunch was superb, the visit to Maggie Beers was good and we enjoyed the tastings Unfortunately we had a last minute change to the third winery which meant we had to go to a large commercial one.. not as good A great day! Thoroughly enjoyed it, our group on the tour were all fantastic Thank you
