We are inviting you to try our superb burger menu, and a choice of either a beer from our craft range or glass of house wine
Burger menu includes:
- Summer Sunset Burger -100g or 200g - Your choice of single or double sirloin of grain fed sirloin steak, with golden pineapple, tomato, beetroot, lettuce and tomato relish
- CFC Burger - Capers’ fried chicken breast, panko crumbed with bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce, cheese and mayo
- Capers Breackfast Burger - Crispy bacon, free range fired egg, hash brown and hollandaise sauce
- Lamb Burger - Tumeric lamb pattie, lettuce, tomato, cheese with a minted yoghurt dressing
- The Local Burger - Grilled or tempura battered local snapper fillets, beetroot, tomato, rocket, gherkins, tomato chuey and tartare sauce
- Vegetarian Burger - Chickpea, coriander and red lentil pattie, lettuce, cheese, red onion, avocado, tomato relish and tzatziki
- Capers Gigantic Burger -Your choice of a single or double serving of Capers hand made patties! Both come with bacon, cheese, fried egg, beetroot, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, onion, tomato relish and aoli
Capers is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, dining with fantastic views of the Coral Sea
