If you are arriving after outside of reception hours you will need to call the mobile number on the front of the building, it will connect you to our onsite staff member who will come down and check you in.

YHA properties are designed for travellers and do not provide accommodation to people with a residential address within the same local government area of the property.

YHA properties provide short-term accommodation for travellers, and length of stay at a YHA property is limited to 14 days. Once you have stayed 14 nights at a property, you may be unable to return for up to 30 days. YHA properties are not suitable for long-term or permanent accommodation, and management reserves the right to refuse accommodation if guests are found to be using YHA properties for this purpose.

All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. Failure to provide government-issued, valid photo identification will result in your booking being canceled.

The supervision of guests under 18 years of age remains the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian whilst at a YHA property. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in Co-living shared dormitory rooms, they can only be accommodated in private rooms.
