Fun & informational cycling trip

Dan was great - on time pickup, very social, informative about the trails, and an all around nice guy. Great day on the trails and a good workout.

3 Hours and 12 kms

We didn’t know what to expect on our ride as there was no explanation of the half day guided tour we booked, it was a bit disappointing to find we were just going to ride around parts of the MB Track used for the World Champs, our Strava said we did 12 kms over 3 hours as we had so many stops, the reason for all the stops was the best part as Dan was full of information and story’s about the world champs and how the tracks were built which was very interesting, he showed us Drop offs that we would never of seen otherwise, we also got to see some of the local wild life which was great, more ride less talk.

Good but not great

Great local guide, very knowledgeable about tracks and history of the park. But too much talking and not enough riding. Bike supplied OK, but old and not in good condition.

From Mountain Biking - Guided Half Day - Cairns

Sorry Craig about talking too much . Always happy to go harder if wanted. Full day or 3/4 day ride was available as was a $25 upgrade to a $ 3000 duel suspension bike. I have plenty of other trails of varying lengths and difficulty. If you up this way again to escape the cold happy to offer you a free ride.
