Group fitness challenge the body and mind, requiring quick transitions, discipline, full body movements and constant activity
Exercises can vary from simple to quite challenging, offering more variety than a typical gym regimen with activities like Boxing, jumping rope, using resistance tubes, and manoeuvring agility ladders or cones. Body weight exercises are also normal in these types of programs, often incorporating moves like push-ups, lunges, squats, planks and crunches. A quick way to get really fit!
Group fitness sessions: a full body workout, great sweat and awesome backdrop
Duration: 45 mins - 1 hour
Location:
6:30am: Palm Cove Beach at the northern end, look for the ‘Alive’ flag (corner of William’s esplanade and cedar road)
Afternoons: Oceans Edge Health Club (Coral Coast Drive)
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to session starting, bring water and a towel
Price: $20 per class
*Please get clearance from your Dr if you have any pre-existing medical conditions

Great session
Excellent class- good for experienced and fit as well well as beginners. Beautiful beach location. Good mimix of cardio, stretch and weights. An all over class.
